About me
I have been living in the UK since 2008. I am originally from Zhuhai, China. A city is full of great food. Some famous dishes include roasted pigeon, roast pig, abalone, Hengqin oysters, lotus root of Baiteng Lake, and others.

Since I was little I was spoilt for all these choices around me. And I miss all this lovely food and my mum's cooking. I learned to cook from an early age with my mom.

My mission is to inspire people to eat healthy food. I believe you can make great food with everyday ingredients. And I want to share just how simple, quick, easy, and delicious food can be. I cook home-style recipes and use fresh and seasonal ingredients that are perfect for family meals. You can enjoy an amazing experience while expanding your cooking skills with me.

For all of these reasons, I decided to open an Asian Home Cooking Class at home to share my passion for Asian cuisine with people who want to learn and discover the secrets of great-tasting Southeast Asian food. There's nothing to excite the taste buds like the rich and exotic flavors of Oriental cuisine. ​
